1. Users Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
2. Donating Items
By donating items through Golaah, you agree that you are the rightful owner of those items and have the authority to donate them. You understand and acknowledge that donated items will be given to NGOs for the purpose of providing for underserved communities.
3. Offering Items for Free
Users may offer items for free on Golaah with the understanding that these items will be used for charitable purposes. Golaah reserves the right to remove any listings that violate our policies or do not align with the purpose of the app.
4. Earning Rewards Points
Users may earn rewards points through various activities on Golaah, including donating items, referring friends, and engaging with the community. Rewards points have no cash value and may only be redeemed for rewards offered within the app.
5. Recycling and Refurbishing
Golaah may facilitate recycling and refurbishing of certain items donated through the app. Users acknowledge that not all donated items may be suitable for recycling or refurbishing, and Golaah reserves the right to dispose the items in a suitable manner.
6. Search for Reusable Goods
Users may search for reusable goods available on Golaah. Golaah does not guarantee the availability or quality of items listed on the app and is not responsible for any transactions between users.
7. NGO Partnerships
Golaah partners with NGOs whose goal is to provide for underserved communities. Users understand that donated items will be distributed to these NGOs and agree to their terms and conditions regarding the use and distribution of donated items.
8. User Conduct
Users agree not to use Golaah for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in their jurisdiction. Users agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of the app or its services.
9. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using Golaah, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
10. Delivery, Logistics and Payment
Golaah uses third party logistics partners and couriers to deliver items to users. Users agree to pay for the delivery of their items, on the partner’s payment portal, outside of GoLaah’s domain. Golaah will not be responsible for any shipping costs incurred by users, or any other costs incurred by the parties involved. All payment and shipping terms and conditions are available on the partner/courier website.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Golaah reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of Golaah following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
